We can produce the precise size required by customers through precise mold design and manufacturing, targeted formulation design and mixing, reasonable vulcanization process and post-treatment. Requirements for various physical and chemical properties of products that are elongation, compression deformation resistance, conductive or insulating, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, FDA or medical grade products.
We can also provide customers with technical consulting services in the structural design and material selection of parts. The drawing formats we accept include JPG, PDF, PRO-E, AUTOCAT, UG, etc.
